What’s New

The Entrepreneurship for Design & Creative Business Certification Programme (“7+1 Programme”) started the 1st class in CITA Centre, Kowloon Bay, on 28 June with around 30 participants. During the class, the attendees were introduced the current landscape of the creative industries and business ecosystem in Hong Kong and PRC by  Mr Bernard Suen, Adjunct Associate Professor, Department of Management of The Chinese University of Hong Kong. It was then followed by experience sharing about latest development in blockchain technology and likecoins by Mr Kin Ko, Founder of Likecoin Foundation.

Lesson 2 of the Entrepreneurship for Design & Creative Business Certification Programme (“7+1 Programme”) was held in CITA Centre, Kowloon Bay, on 5 July. During the class, the attending incubatees were introduced the key success factors in design industry and the different ways to attract customers by Bernard Suen, Adjunct Associate Professor, Department of Management of The Chinese University of Hong Kong. It was then followed by Shek Ka Wai, a DIP alumnus and mentor, who shared about his experience from starting a business, encountering difficulties in running the business, studying marketing, to becoming an online marketing expert. We are grateful to learn Shek’s story and transformation, which made every participant feel the great power of being a DIP.
